3. Service Scheduling and Appointments

Booking

• Services must be scheduled in advance by calling 1-888-600-8884
• Same-day service is subject to availability and additional fees
• All appointments require confirmation

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment
• Late cancellations may incur a $50 service fee
• No-shows will be charged the full service fee
• Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no charge

4. Pricing and Payment

• TV Setup & Configuration: Starting at $79
• TV Wall Mounting: Starting at $149
• Additional charges may apply for complex installations
• Emergency and same-day service incur additional fees
• Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept cash, credit cards, and digital payments
• Invoices for commercial services are due within 30 days
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure successful service completion, customers must:

• Provide accurate information about the installation site
• Ensure safe and clear access to the work area
• Be present during the service appointment
• Provide necessary Wi-Fi passwords and account information
• Disclose any wall or structural concerns
• Remove any valuable or fragile items from the work area

6. Warranty and Guarantees

Service Warranty

• All installations are covered by a 1-year warranty on workmanship
• Warranty covers mounting hardware and installation integrity
• Warranty does not cover damage from customer modifications or accidents
• 100% satisfaction guarantee — if not satisfied within 7 days, we'll fix it free

Equipment and Parts

• Mounting brackets and hardware carry manufacturer warranties
• Defective parts will be replaced at no charge during warranty period
• Customer-provided equipment is not covered by our warranty

7. Liability and Insurance

Our Liability

• We carry comprehensive liability insurance
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
• We are not responsible for pre-existing wall or structural damage
• Damage to customer property due to our negligence will be repaired or compensated

Customer Liability

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate property information
• Damage resulting from undisclosed property conditions is customer responsibility
• Customer assumes risk for installations in non-standard conditions
